Kitchen and bath remodel JSI Wheaton Cabinets

he purpose of this project is to update the kitchen and two bathrooms in this Cape Cod house.

The existing cabinets boxes are particle board based and have shown some structural failure over the years. The countertops are ceramic tile.

The software used for the kitchen rendering was Pro Kitchen

Remodeling the kitchen consists of the following
Disconnect kitchen sink (faucet and drains) dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave
and electric to the island.
Remove all cabinets and countertops and discard.
Move heat at slider end of kitchen cabinets to opposite side of slider.
Relocate water lines and drain lines for new location of kitchen sink.
Remove wall tile used as backsplash.
Install wiring for 5 additional under cabinet lights with wall switches.
Install JSI Wheaton style kitchen cabinets according to the attached plan.
Replace a 24” base cabinet in the island with a 24” drawer base cabinet
Template, fabricate and install Witch Hazel Corian countertops with 4” backsplash.
An additional tile back splash will be installed up to the bottom of the kitchen cabinets.
A purchase price of 5.00 per sq.ft. for tile is included. Any cost above the allowance will
be charged to the owner. Any cost below the allowance cost will be deducted from the
final contract price. Tile can be picked out at Cloutier Supply in Dennis.
An Alpha under mount stainless steel sink U-322 with stainless steel draining grids will
be included.
An Alpha faucet in brushed chrome with pull down spray 91-566 and matching soap
dispenser is included.
After installation of granite tops the sink drains and faucet will be connected and all
appliances will be installed.
Six Juno pro-xenon undercabint lights will be installed.

Electric plugs to the Island will be installed.
